Prices, ordering and payment
Why are prices published instead of quoted?
Because hiding a price only benefits the seller. Every unit is priced on its own page, inclusive of delivery to the contiguous 48 states, so you can compare honestly before you talk to anyone.
Is the price really the total?
For the 48 contiguous United States, yes. No freight line, no checkout surcharge. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories are quoted separately before you order.
How does payment work?
A 25% deposit reserves the unit, with the balance due before dispatch. Full detail is on Payment.
Can I change a unit's specification?
Sometimes. Ask before ordering and we will tell you what the builder can change, and what it does to price and lead time.
Delivery
Timing, transport and arrival
How long does delivery take?
Typically 2 to 5 weeks from cleared payment. Distance, weather and the specific unit all affect it.
What happens when the trailer arrives?
Inspect it before the transporter leaves and check it against the spec plate. You have 3 business days to report transit damage or a specification discrepancy.
What access do you need at my address?
Firm level ground and enough room for a truck and trailer to arrive, turn and leave. Tell us in advance if that is a problem.

How do I know the trailer will fit my tow vehicle?
Every listing publishes its footprint and axle rating. Check those against your vehicle's rated towing capacity, and remember to allow for the loaded weight rather than the empty weight. Our towing guide covers this.
What condition are the trailers in?
Every unit in the catalog is new. Condition is stated explicitly on each product page.
Are appliances covered by a warranty?
Fitted appliances carry their own manufacturer warranties, which pass to you with the trailer. The structure is warranted by us for 12 months. See Warranty.
Paperwork
Titling, permits and inspection
What documents come with the trailer?
A Manufacturer Statement of Origin (MSO) and a bill of sale. Registration and titling are completed by you in your own state.
Will this trailer pass my health department inspection?
We cannot promise that, and you should be wary of any seller who does. Requirements vary by county and are assessed on your specific setup and menu. Our permits guide explains what inspectors generally look for so you can check your local rules first.
